We offer free shipping in the United Kingdom over £20. Free shipping in Europe on orders over £100.
IS MY ORDER TRACKED?
Yes, all deliveries are tracked. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched so you can follow the link to track your order. The only orders that are not tracked are local delivery in Edinburgh. This is done by our team and will be delivered by ourselves to your front door or place of choice.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?
We're based in Edinburgh, so most of our international customers can expect to receive their order within 4-14 business days. Delivery times are dependent on the country, courier, time the order is received. Orders placed after 12pm this will be processed and shipped the following business day. Please note, deliveries are processed and sent on business days Monday-Friday.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic shipping time may have been influenced. Please see our Covid-19 prevention policy page. We are relying on home collections therefore same day or next day collection is not always possible. You will be sent an email with tracking information as soon as the courier has collected your items.
WHO PAYS FOR DUTIES AND OTHER DELIVERY FEES?
When purchasing from outside of United Kingdom, your order may be subject to your countries import duties, taxes and/or customs fees (summarized as Duties). You will be responsible for paying these Duties either at the point of delivery or after delivery. Your local customs office will be the best source of information to help you understand the payments and process. We will not be able to advise you whether Duties will apply to your order or the amount for paying Duties. If you have shopped online from the United Kingdom before, then you are probably already familiar with this process, as it is standard across online retailers.
I PURCHASED MULTIPLE ITEMS WILL THEY BE SHIPPED TOGETHER?
If all the items you ordered are in stock, they will ship together as one parcel.
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?
Yes, we do. This is dependent on location and courier services availability. If your PO BOX delivery is not possible, you will be contacted for another delivery option via email.
WHAT ABOUT RETURNS AND REFUNDS?
If you change your mind about your purchase, we will accept returns and refunds within 14 days of purchase for unopened, unused products, in their original condition and packaging, and in re-saleable condition. You are entitled to pay for the return shipping fee, including tracking.
Once we have received the returned items, the refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of Artem Luxe.
Gift Cards can be used on any of our products and have no expiry date. They are non-refundable.
Triple Layer Face Masks are non-refundable due to safety and health reasons.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
All products are available internationally. If we have not included your country in our shipping list, please email us and we will update it personally for you.
