Keeping you safe

We are taking orders and shipping to the UK and international destinations as usual during this time period. However shipping to South Africa shall commence after lock down period due to no courier services. 

To ensure minimal contact, we are packing orders and shipping from our founder's home in Edinburgh, U.K.

 How no-contact shipping works: 

1. You place your order online.

2. Your order is packed at home and picked up by the chosen shipping company. We are currently working with Hermes, FedEx and DHL - we choose the one that is best suited for fastest delivery to your specific location.

Due to home pick up services, we are shipping in time slots when the courier service is able to pick up your goodies. An email with your tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your parcel is on it's way. We apologize in advance if you are experiencing any delays. 

3. When delivered, the courier service will leave the parcel outside of your door. (Don't worry, they knock or phone beforehand to make sure you get it but will stand back 2m)
